Job Description
As a member of a highly collaborative, cross-functional software-development team, the Technical Writer will drive updates of user-facing documentation and work with software business analysts and subject-matter experts to refine software requirements and specifications to develop software for innovative diagnostic solutions that help hospitals determine the correct antibiotics to treat millions of infected patients each year.
Position Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a knack for simplifying complex technical language and will be responsible for :
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining modifications to user-facing documentation and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project goals and user needs
- Assisting team with creation of knowledge-transfer documentation for demonstration of software to stakeholders
- Simplifying and organizing software requirements and specifications documentation
- Creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences
- Maintaining and updating documentation as needed
