Responsibilities
- Answer high volume customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
- Transferring vital information in perfect detail between data systems with 98% accuracy
- Work effectively as a member of the Quality Assurance team
- Process sales receipts and invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Direct sales to the appropriate department and perform market research
- Assist in product manufacturing
Skills
- Strong computer skills including a proficiency in the Microsoft Office365
- High volume call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to carry more than 40lbs
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass background investigation
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Must be reliable and dependable, reporting to work on a consistent and punctual basis
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile and insurance
- Flexible daytime schedule
