Bionic Auto Parts Inc is an integral part of the automotive salvage and recycling industry, which is one of the largest industries in the United States. The automobile is the most recycled consumer product in the world today. Bionic is a fast-growing company. We always are looking for the best people to build our professional staff. Bionic is looking for a skilled accounts administrator to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable across the entire organization. The accounts administrator will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all company accounts. They will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts. The candidate will also provide support to Bionic's upper management & finance team and will delegate accounting duties to other trained members as necessary. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Objectives
· Provide support and oversight to Bionic's management team.
· Ensure all accounting documentation is entered correctly, stored and highly visible.
· Analyze transaction records to comply with financial policies and procedures.
· Receive and verify billing and requisitions on all goods and services.
· Contact clients to capture timely payments.
· Maintain the authenticity and integrity of Bionic's accounting affairs.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all outstanding supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations.
· Process all bank deposits.
· Prepare and send all monthly statements to wholesale customers.
· Reconcile and process vendor payments.
· Review past due accounts; remind clients to make timely payments.
· Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation.
· Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
· Data Entry
Preferred Qualifications
· Business and/or Accounting Degree.
· Significant work experience in finance and/or accounting.
· Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online & Desktop.
· Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in data entry.
· Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Detail orientated in all aspects of work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
