What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Associate position at Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics?
Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics is a mid-sized Prosthetic and Orthotic company. We are searching for an ambitious and motivated Marketing Associate for our Tinley Park, IL region.
This is an entry-level, full-time position with general office hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM. The primary responsibility is to promote Bionic’s patient services to various medical practices within the assigned region. Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with internal and external practitioners, practice managers, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by connecting with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, and other medical centers.
- Conduct in-service presentations with the assigned clinical team to educate and engage healthcare providers.
- Strengthen existing referral partnerships and establish new connections with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to expand the referral base.
- Actively participate in regional professional organizations and maintain a strong personal network within the healthcare community.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the designated region. **Travel allowance will be assigned**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Self-driven with a passion for professional growth and business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
