We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist at our corporate office and warehouse center in Big Lake, MN. This is an in person full time position in Big Lake, MN . Your typical week with us will be a pproximate hours of 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday (flexibility to stay when orders may be delayed or come in early are needed). Our corporate culture is one based upon values and integrity, with a strong work ethic. All our employees are expected to use common sense in their everyday decisions. We are not a fully traditional working environment, so we want to be sure you know this upfront. We are looking for someone that understands this as each day might be a little different than the day before, and sometimes, very much the same. We are a growing company so we are looking for the ability to adapt and be flexible to a changing environment will be important. What you can expect in this role :
- Completing & attending to all shipping orders – both incoming & outgoing – including temperature-controlled shipments.
- Organizing & maintaining inventory systems.
- Responsible for warehouse workflow, standards, and compliance. Because we are a health care company, FDA, and USDA compliance, as needed, and familiarity with these standards.
- Flexibility is required at times to meet the needs of incoming shipments.
- Ability to work with shipping and logistics vendors and agents to manage the shipping process effectively and efficiently in terms of timing and costs.
- Possess the skill set that demonstrates your ability to provide excellent customer service
- Perform general upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse and office areas.
