Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct molecular biology experiments following established SOPs and guidance from laboratory management.
- Perform qPCR tests on finished and in-process products.
- Document experimental observations, perform data analysis and calculations, and summarize findings with guidance.
- Maintain complete and accurate files for all procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biology, or related field.
- At least 4 years of laboratory experience.
- Strong technical background in molecular biology, including validation experience per CLIA and CAP regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and communicate technical information to various audiences.
