We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician- NS to support manufacturing operations in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have prior industry experience, particularly in clean room environments such as pharmaceuticals and other controlled settings. This role requires familiarity with gowning procedures, hygiene standards, and material handling operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Moving and delivering large IBCs, materials, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Cleaning raw materials and retrieving/storing inventory.
- Operating manual and electric pallet jacks and potentially tuggers.
- Using basic computer skills to navigate electronic training systems.
- Handling physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 48 lbs. (50 lbs. max).
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain a Right First-Time mentality to ensure quality and compliance.
- Report any discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
- Receive and prepare components for use in manufacturing.
- Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation activities.
- Use pallet jacks (manual and electric) and manually wrap pallets.
- Deliver large IBCs, equipment, and supplies to manufacturing areas.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standards.
- Use computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records.
- Participate in daily performance meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
- Majority of movement will involve manual or electric material handling equipment.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree and 2 years of experience, OR
- 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
- Prior experience in clean room environments (pharmaceuticals or controlled settings).
- Familiarity with gowning procedures and hygiene/cleaning requirements.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
Schedule:
- Shift: Night shift, 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Two-week rotating schedule with overtime opportunities every other week
