Summary:
BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate Scientist.The Principal Associate Scientist will primarily be responsible for performing experimental analysis of ELISA and oversight of planning, shipping of relevant materials, data review and communication to the third-party lab under the direction of manager or the head of department. The candidate will also be responsible for the presentation of data and soliciting feedback and incorporating it, in order to ensure the success of the ELISA project. The responsibilities also include performing internal endotoxin tests, appearance, pH, Osmolality, UV analysis on as needed basis on reference materials and non-GMP samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ELISA experimental analysis independently in-house and ensure successful method development
- Plan, discuss and execute activities tied to ELISA project at third party contract labs
- Procure and ship materials to/between third party labs as needed basis
- Perform endotoxin test and other compendial tests on as needed basis under supervision
- Perform UV studies to determine molar extinction co-efficient under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting on as needed basis
- Assist with data mining on as needed basis
- Lead and manage process development projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery against project milestones.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative scientific culture.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including study protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
Skills:
- Experience in ELISA projects.
- Proficient in analytical techniques relevant to oligonucleotide development (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, spectrophotometry).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science field, preferably biology, microbiology or biochemistry with 5-6 years work experience.
- Strong working knowledge and background of ELISA test.
- Proficient in analytical techniques relevant to oligonucleotide development (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, spectrophotometry).
