The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive support to senior management. Key responsibilities include managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and agendas, arranging travel, and processing expense reports. This is a temporary role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a variety of administrative tasks, including managing executive calendars, facilitating both internal and external meetings, and preparing expense reports for submission. Draft and manage confidential correspondence, organize complex travel logistics with detailed itineraries, and gather necessary documentation for travel-related meetings.
- Research, prioritize, and address incoming issues and concerns directed to executives, particularly those that are sensitive or confidential.
- Collaborate closely with executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Organize agendas for senior management meetings, off-site events, and team gatherings as needed.
