We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and skilled biophysical / SPR scientist to join our innovative team. This role focuses on supporting antibody and peptide discovery initiatives by leveraging label-free technologies such as Biacore and Octet BLI. Core responsibilities include determining binding affinities, off-rates, epitope mapping, and performing competition assays. This laboratory-based position requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment driving therapeutic innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute experiments using Biacore SPR and Octet BLI to assess biomolecular interactions, including affinity (KD), kinetics, epitope mapping, pH-dependent binding, and dual-target engagement.
- Analyze data using advanced tools like Biacore Insight and Octet software, applying QC measures and resolving any technical issues.
- Deliver comprehensive data reports and presentations to facilitate project decision-making.
- Maintain SPR and BLI instruments, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across therapeutic programs to meet shared research objectives.
