Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is essential in supporting recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with recruiters, hiring managers, the HR team, and candidates. This role is crucial for enhancing the candidate experience and involves managing various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
Post job requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS.
Organize interview logistics, including booking rooms, video conferencing tools, and technical equipment.
Assist in conducting in-person, phone, and video interviews.
Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide updates on application status.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruitment function.
Streamline administrative tasks and optimize recruitment workflows.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing recruitment-related materials.
Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably in a Life Sciences organization.
Experience with high-volume scheduling and interaction with all levels of the organization is required.
Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Attention to detail is essential.
Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to be onsite as needed is required.
Experience with ATS systems, ADP, Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, DocuSign, background check systems, and MS Excel is strongly preferred.
