BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California's Scientific community. We are currently looking for a UX / Graphic Designer to work for an Orange County area biotech company.
Pay Rate : $32-45 / hour depending on experience
Contract-to-hire : 3-6 months

Responsibilities :
- Lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for our product suite, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand interfaces through high-fidelity mockups and design assets.
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing layouts for various projects, maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to develop strategic concepts that effectively communicate product features.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
Qualifications :
Must have a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
