Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage reactor systems to ensure proper operation.
- Precisely measure and mix ingredients as per the Batch Production Records.
- Manage the dispensing and synthesis processes, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical storage guidelines.
- Observe and tweak chemical reactions during processing to secure desired results.
- Carry out critical chemical processing and purification steps, including HPLC operations.
- Oversee lyophilization and other drying processes according to standardized procedures.
- Execute quality control evaluations during production phases and report findings effectively.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping within all operational areas.
- Promptly identify and report any equipment malfunctions to ensure continuous production capability.
