BioProtein Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Advertising Manager to join our in-house marketing team to amplify our brand and drive growth through world-class digital campaigns. This mid-to-senior-level role will lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms while designing and implementing a comprehensive reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, proficiency in additional platforms, a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, and the technical ability to consolidate data from diverse sources—including Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Attentive—into a unified dashboard for tracking KPIs and order attribution.

This position is on-site and for someone that is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Design and implement high-impact digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Platform Mastery : Leverage advanced features of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to create targeted, data-driven campaigns tailored to Bioprotein’s audience segments.
Data Modeling & Reporting : Extract, clean, and synthesize data from Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Shopify, and other sources to build data models that consolidate KPIs, uncover insights, and attribute orders accurately across channels.
Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using platform analytics, A / B testing, and custom data models to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and meet KPIs.
Budget Management : Oversee a substantial advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels while maintaining cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.
Creative Collaboration : Partner with in-house creative teams to develop compelling ad content (video, static, copy) that aligns with Bioprotein’s brand voice and resonates with health-conscious consumers.
Data & Reporting : Deliver detailed performance reports and actionable insights to leadership, leveraging data models to showcase campaign impact and inform strategic decisions.
Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools (e.g., AI-driven advertising, programmatic buying) to keep Bioprotein competitive.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising efforts with broader company goals and product launches.
Qualifications
Experience : 5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok at scale. Agency or in-house experience in health, wellness, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
Platform Expertise :
Data Proficiency : Skilled in extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing data from multiple sources (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Shopify) to create data models that drive insights and attribution. Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, Tableau) is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated ability to build and manage a reporting infrastructure that consolidates data from diverse platforms, using integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Supermetrics, Looker Studio) or custom API solutions.
Technical Skills : Strong command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify). Familiarity with AI advertising tools or programmatic platforms is a plus.
Results-Oriented : Proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets, with a portfolio of campaigns showing significant ROI.
Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to present strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
