We are looking for a Dispatcher (34 hours per week) in our Elmwood Park, NJ location.Schedule: Saturday and Sunday-12pm-8:30pm, Wednesday, Friday, and Monday-2pm-8pm
Position Summary:
The position of a dispatcher is to work closely with the transportation department in an effort to provide the best service to all of BioReference clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Dispatching calls to couriers
- Following up with issues from pickups
- Problem resolution
- Speaking directly to clients
- Researching pickup details
- Multitasking
- Utilizing both desk and cell phone
- Route review to assure pickups occur properly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service experience a plus
