As our Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees in achieving BioRender objectives.
What you'll be doing :
You'll be a strategic partner to leaders in one of our functional areas (GTM or EPD) to support their team's high performance and growth culture
You'll support the workforce planning process, ensuring we grow to meet future business needs in a scalable way
You'll work closely with the Talent team on hiring
You'll own key HR programs (which may include : employee onboarding, feedback, performance management cycle, and recognition)
You'll coach and guide managers through employee relations concerns
You'll be focused on growing our career ladders and development programs
You'll own HR policy development and compliance
You'll use key HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and advise on all aspects of your role
What you bring to the table :
You have demonstrated experience (5 years) as an HR Partner in a similar role and start-up tech environment
You must have a strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across Canada (and the US ideally)
You easily build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
You are a true first principles thinker, using data and creativity to problem-solve
You are obsessed with ensuring our workforce has an amazing experience at BioRender
You are a strong and concise communicator, both written and verbal
You are resilient and thrive in a growing startup environment
