You’ll play a key role in supporting the operations of our events by providing a warm and organized front desk experience for visiting surgeons, researchers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and direct them to appropriate staff or lecture/lab areas
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Monitor and manage inventory of front office and lobby supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks including:
- Creating and editing digital presentations and documents
- Collecting and organizing lab attendee waiver forms
- Printing, filing, and scanning documents
- Support coordination of events and labs as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming presence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
