Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$122,250 - $179,300
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). Responsibilities
- Implement the strategic workforce plan, organizational design and corresponding retention strategies. This includes talent acquisition and retention strategies based on business plan and long-range plan.
- Lead the continuous flow talent strategy, which includes shaping, implementing, and documenting leadership and talent development initiatives, succession planning, and pipeline discussions.
- Lead and implement innovative initiatives and processes, including tracking of associated leading and lagging metrics to improve outcomes (e.g., people metrics, leadership capabilities, engagement/retention).
- Partner with HR business leaders to lead specific projects across various subject matters in support of change agendas approved by the function (e.g., , org transformation, leadership capabilities, capability matrix work, reward strategies).
- Partner with the HR COEs to continually and relentlessly simplify and improve HR services for scientific and medical talent that reach across Research, Development, and the Business Units.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of HR or Project Management Experience

- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
