Manufacturing Document Associate

We are looking to fill a Manufacturing Doc Associate with a 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday position. This role will support the life cycle of various types of manufacturing documentation such as GMP records, logbooks, and controlled forms and perform record- related activities in support of manufacturing operations.

As a Manufacturing Document Associate, a typical day might include the following:

• Coordinate and perform document movement across all functional groups.
• Helps with the administrative aspect for bundling all required manufacturing documentation needed for production.
• Aids in maintaining any required systems for intake, tracking and reconciliation. Prepare routine and ad hoc progress reports on manufacturing documentation to meet business requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring documentation timelines are met through effective communication and follow through with document owners.
• Serving as a liaison between various departments to accommodate various requests to support investigations or requests for referencing manufacturing documentation.
• Help facilitate any scheduling needs between Manufacturing and other various departments throughout the organization.

To be considered for this role you must meet the minimum education and experience requirements: Associates Degree, with 0-2 years of related experience.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
