Currently we are looking for a Chemical Manufacturing Technician to kickstart their career with us in either the Bangor or East Stroudsburg location. We are currently hiring for day shift and night shift and must have the flexibility to work/travel between the Bangor and East Stroudsburg location.

Position Summary:
The Facilities Painter is responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of all facilities, both internally and externally where paint is present.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Facilities Painter is responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of all facilities, both internally and externally where paint is present.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that facilities are maintained in a visually pleasant and clean condition
- Communicates with others to schedule painting
- Maintains stock of needed materials, and performs research for new materials
- Oversees contractors and/or vendors when professional repairs are necessary
- Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required
- Performs work orders as assigned
- Ensures work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety and health rules
- Maintains good housekeeping practices
- Documents all related work in applicable logs
- Completes required paperwork such as work orders, parts lists, and other cGMP paperwork
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management
- One year of related painting experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, bend, stoop, crawl, climb and twist throughout the shift
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to learn cGMP and Safety programs
- Standing/Sitting/Walking- Sitting and standing frequently. Alternating between sitting and standing periodically. Walking up to 10 miles a day.
- Lifting & Moving- Must be able to lift, carry, move, push & pull in excess of 50 pounds.
- Other Movements-Frequently climbing on stairs, ladders, scaffolds. Frequently reaching overhead or below, crouching, stooping and kneeling. Infrequently crawling.
- Other Physical Requirements- Periodic driving is required. Infrequent use of keyboarding throughout shift, forklift operation.
- Speaking, Hearing & Visual- Must be able to speak clearly and present well to others. Hearing is required constantly throughout shift. Must be able to see near, distant and peripheral objects all the time.
- Environmental- Frequent Exposure to exterior noise as well as internal machinery noise. Must be able to put on personal protective equipment throughout shift.
- Cognitive- Must learn new policies, procedures, retain and perform tasks assigned. Must maintain focus, be alert and aware at all times.
