About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Tech to join our team at BioSpine Surgery Center. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our surgical procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our surgeons in the operating room, ensuring that all necessary equipment is prepared and ready for use. You will also be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring that all surgical instruments are properly cleaned and sterilized.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current American Heart Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

Skills :

As a Surgical Tech, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. In addition, you will need to have a thorough understanding of surgical procedures and be able to anticipate the needs of the surgical team. Finally, you will need to be proficient in the use of surgical equipment and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during a procedure.
