This role is suited to someone who has experience in a scaling / small HealthTech business with a start-up, ‘player-coach’ mentality.
Duties include :
- Team management, hiring and growth of a small team
- Technology strategy to define future processes, systems, and operations ideally in the healthcare space
- Being able to jump in when needed to support the team with hands on coding
- Client-facing when needed
This is a remote position within the US, including great benefits and paying $250-300,000pa.
