We are seeking a strategic Associate Director of Market Access to join this dynamic biopharmaceutical team.This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that optimize pricing, contracting, and trade practices across our portfolio of therapies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals while maximizing patient access and value.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and sustainability.Design, negotiate, and manage payer and provider contracts, including innovative value-based models.Oversee trade and distribution strategies to ensure efficient product availability.Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing and contracting strategies with market access objectives.Analyze and report on pricing, contracting, and trade performance, providing insights to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements for all pricing and contracting activities.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8 years of experience in pricing, contracting, and / or trade within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing pricing and contracting strategies.Experienced in Payer Contracting and knowledge of Pricing and Trade landscapes.Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including reimbursement dynamics and distribution channels.Proven negotiation and relationship management skills with payers, providers, and trade partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks, including government pricing and reporting requirements.This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing and market access strategies of a growing biopharmaceutical company.
