The Role :
You will collaborate with C-suite leadership to develop and accelerate process improvements within our Lean framework and strategic objectives, working in a dynamic manufacturing environment that values innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Lead transformative initiatives that enhance critical operational functions.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods and process mapping to identify challenges, create innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Enhance and execute tiered visual management systems to maximize factory performance.
- Facilitate rapid-improvement workshops designed to drive immediate and sustainable efficiencies on the production floor.
- Assess and improve transactional processes to eliminate waste, boost productivity, and lower operational costs.
- Deliver comprehensive training on Lean principles, covering daily operations management, structured problem-solving, workplace organization (6S), quick changeover (SMED), inventory management (Kanban), and operational equipment efficiency.
- Disseminate best practices and benchmarking insights sourced internally and externally.
- Drive measurable advancements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and overall productivity.
