Production Scheduler (Plastic Injection Molding)
Purpose & Scope :
We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our team and take charge of planning and optimizing a detailed production schedule that aligns customer demands with inventory levels and production capacity. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our plastic injection molding machines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule 10 plastic injection molding machines, minimizing downtime and maximizing machine utilization.
- Collaborate with various departments to allocate necessary resources, materials, equipment, and personnel for seamless production.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or shortages that could disrupt production.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply for scheduled runs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and communicate any potential delays in advance.
