Biote is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.
We are looking to add an experienced Financial Analyst to our Irving, TX team. This role will sit out of our Irving, TX based HQ.
As the Financial Analyst, you will:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including healthcare and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform Biote's strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and marketing, to understand data needs and deliver insights aligned with Biote’s goals.
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate program performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Monitor data trends and emerging technologies in the healthcare industry to propose innovative solutions.
- Assist Finance and Sales Leadership with public filings and Board of Directors presentations.
As the Financial Analyst, your background should include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At minimum, 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in data and financial analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, or equivalent.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare data systems or electronic health records (EHR), is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in healthcare analytics, is preferred.
