This is a 2nd shift position, Monday-Thursday 1:30p-12midnight. This position is responsible for ensuring materials are weighed and processed in accordance with FDA regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies.

Work Requirements and Skills
This is a 2nd shift position, Monday-Thursday 1:30p-12midnight. This position is responsible for ensuring materials are weighed and processed in accordance with FDA regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies.

- Must be able to wear the necessary PPE’s to conduct the processing steps when and if needed
- This position is responsible for pulling, weighing, and processing BKP materials for raw materials or batch record processing
- Disassemble, clean, assemble, configure, and operate all equipment associated with processing (scales, blenders, stand-mixers, reach trucks, pick truck, steam boiler, steam kettle, emulsifier mixers, heating plates, planetary mixers, ribbon blender, pallet jacks and mills)
- Verify room and machine logs are approved by Quality Assurance before beginning the processing step.
- Verify that the tag out / lock out verifications has been performed if applicable
- Weigh up and divide materials to perform the processing procedure required on the or processing record
- Alert the Processing Line Lead or Warehouse, Weighing, Processing Lead of discrepancies resulting from weighing or performing processing steps
- Perform the required processing steps (granulation, emulsifying, steam heating, mixing, milling, drying, and blending) according to the processing steps of the processing or batch record.
- Correctly fill out logs and the appropriate sections of processing and or production batch records when the processing steps are completed
Work Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required for this position
- Previous or similar work experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to perform necessary duties.
- Must demonstrates flexibility when re-prioritization is necessary
- Must be able to operate a battery powered Reach Truck and Picking Truck
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to work overtime when the company deems it necessary
- Ability to lift (up to 50-lbs), stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, stretch, step, climb occasionally during the duration of the shift
