Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned or requested.
- Creates pick tickets
- Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
- Verify the finished job ticket for accuracy.
- File completed job tickets daily.
- Scanning completed pick tickets and BOL into EPMS.
- Digitizing documents and customer specs.
- Assemble job tickets as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and complete daily tasks
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of attention to details
- This is a high energy, multifaceted position requiring personal initiative and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with sales staff, production team and customers
- Job Knowledge – Understands facets of job, aware of duties and responsibilities, keeps job knowledge current.
