The Project Manager – Commercial Initiatives performs a variety of functions with significant focus on customer onboarding to enhance the customer experience and enable faster solutions and decision making. The Project Manager – Commercial Initiatives will become the primary owner of the onboarding activities for new clients, including all services and product needs. Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations : increase speed to revenue in customer onboarding through both internal and customer facing engagement. Develop efficient workflows between various departments to ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Increase enterprise dependency on BioTouch technology stack (Netsuite, HubSpot, Wrike, etc.) for all eligible commercial processes to streamline data collection and distribution.
- Work collaboratively with all departments including receiving, staging, production, inventory management, continuous improvement, finance, and distribution to maintain high customer service levels.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects business operations by keeping information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned.
