Purpose:
The Asana Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Asana platform at BioZyme Incorporated. This includes creating projects, managing tasks and users, implementing workflows and automations, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal use of the platform by all users.
Accountabilities:
- Monitor and assist with the management of open tasks and projects within Asana.
- Help with creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Set up and create new projects as needed.
- Manage user access and provide training to new users.
- Offer continuous support to users and assist with troubleshooting.
- Implement workflow automation and develop custom reporting dashboards.
- Develop best practices, create documentation, and provide training materials for Asana and project management.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective use of Asana across the organization.
- Drive the completion of overdue tasks and ensure progress is on track.
- Track project and task progress and generate performance reports.
- Manage top priority tasks.
- Participate in team standups and meetings to help prioritize tasks and enhance project understanding.
- Stay informed about new Asana features and suggest improvements for overall project management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in project management or related training, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and coordination to effectively manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- 1 years of experience with Asana is required.
- General knowledge of Asana’s features, workflows, and automation.
- Project Management certification is required.
