Specific Opportunity :
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director to join our Life Sciences practice in the US. Reporting to the Country Leader and working closely with the Global Senior Partner for Life Sciences. This position will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering transformative solutions to our clients in the Life Sciences sector. As a director, you will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and help grow the practice while working across both strategic and technological domains.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage projects for MedTech and Pharma clients, overseeing both the strategic and technology-driven components of the engagement.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Life Sciences practice by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Support the growth of junior team members by mentoring and providing guidance on professional development.
- Take ownership of the delivery of client engagements, ensuring satisfaction, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, pitch materials, and business development activities.
