BIP US is enhancing its consulting team and is looking for a Data Scientist with 5-7 years of experience to join our Bay Area team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Finance and Engineering, optimizing revenue, monitoring key financial metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Please ensure you have valid US work authorization and reside in the Bay Area, within a 50-mile commute, as we are unable to support relocation costs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Usage-Based Billing Analysis : Develop and refine billing models by product, ensuring a strong alignment between revenue and usage data.
- Tracking Credits & Cost Margin Analysis : Monitor credit usage and conduct cost margin analyses to optimize pricing strategies.
- Churn Modeling & Customer Retention : Build predictive models to identify customer churn risks and devise strategies to enhance retention.
- Agent Conversion Analytics : Analyze user behavior and engagement data to enhance conversion rates from free to paid customers.
- Cycle Tracking & ARR Waterfall : Monitor customer lifecycle trends, track Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) movements, and forecast financial outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data insights inform strategic business decisions.
Qualifications :
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000.
