Position Overview :
BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for an Energy Project Manager, Process Improvement with at least 5-10 years of business analysis and business process management experience, preferably in Renewable Energy Field Operations, to join our Bip team in the Energy sector. This Energy Project Manager will lead business process improvement initiatives for our wind and solar clients, including assisting in the analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of existing business processes and the development of sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements at their wind and solar field site locations.? This role requires strong change management experience and a sound understanding of field operations processes. The Energy Project Manager, Process Improvement should have strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. Experience with various ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Oracle ERP, or SAP are essential.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Houston, Texas area, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs. Client site travel up to 25% is expected.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Lead / Business Analysis :
- Develop and implement business cases, user stories, and project plans, including change management and communication plans and managing timelines and milestones.
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Assess options for process improvement including business process modeling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000
