Sign Language Interpreter

Birch Agency is currently looking for an experienced Sign Language Interpreter for a school-based opening in Leander, TX. This position is full time.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide sign language interpretive services as specified in the IEP
• Interpret information, lectures, discussion, classroom activities, school meetings, training and conferences
• Prepare and study subject matter being taught or presented to ensure clear interpretation
• Adapts interpretations to the varying and diverse needs and abilities of students, and/or teachers, and/or community members
