Job Description
Immediate opening for a Educational Specialist in the Irvine, California area.
Job Responsibilities
Educational Specialist Mild / Moderate : 5th - 8th grades (in the RSP (push in / pull out) model)
- Single site school with dual language immersion model
- Full time - 7 : 30am - 4pm Mon - Fri
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferred; not required
- Onsite, not virtual
- 20 - 28 students on caseload
- Role includes service provision as well as assessment for eligibility and IEP and report writing
- Will work with dynamic and collaborative sped team including two other ed specialists (RSP), a school psych, SLP, OT and DHH teacher
- Sped coordinator on campus for support, PD provision, etc.
- Need an experienced person (at least two years specifically in RSP setting); not suitable for intern
License / Certification
