Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty / barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Large 1000 sqft gym space at south end of building with lots of windows / natural light, ADL Bathroom and Kitchen / Laundry training spaces, OmniVR : 3-D virtual reality system used for strengthening, balance, endurance, coordination, and cognitive skills development.
