TITLES ELIBIGLE FOR SIGN-ON BONUSES
Direct Support Professional
Bonus: $3,000 ($2k in first check, $1k after 90 days)
Working in residential group homes, counsel, assist and train individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of personal care, travel skills, social skills, home management and life skills to maximize their functioning in the community.
Full-Time or Part-Time. $18.00 - $21.75 hourly range.
All shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight) available.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. New York State Driver’s License required for some shifts.
Medical Coordinator
Bonus: $5,000 ($3,300 in first check, $1,700 after 90 days)
Working in residential group homes, maintain scheduling of all medical appointments, ensure accuracy and completion of medication records, and ensure RN / MD treatment orders are implemented for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Full-Time. $19.00 - $22.75 hourly range.
Morning shifts.
High School or GED required, associate’s degree or relevant medical certifications (medical assistant, certified nursing assistant, etc.) preferred. New York State Driver’s License required. Minimum 1 year experience in a related field required.
Assistant Clinician
Bonus: $5,000 ($3,300 in first check, $1,700 after 90 days)
Working in a residential group home setting, assist in conducting behavioral assessments and developing goals and treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional responsibilities in the areas of personal care, travel skills, social skills, home management and life skills to maximize individuals’ functioning in the community.
Part or Full-Time. $40,000 - $43,000 annual salary range for full-time. Part-time salaries pro-rated.
Hours are typically afternoon and evening shifts.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related human services field required. 3 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations required, preferably in a treatment-related setting. QIDP certified or eligible is desirable.
Assistant Residence Manager
$5,000 ($3,300 in first check, $1,700 after 90 days)
Assist in the oversight and management of a residential group home to ensure quality services and a comfortable home environment to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Full-Time. $20.17 - $24.47 hourly range.
Schedule typically in the afternoons and evenings, will include one weekend day.
High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. New York State Driver’s License required. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities or a related residential setting required.
Residence Manager
Bonus: $7,500 ($5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 90 days)
Manage the daily operation of a residential facility including staff supervision, treatment planning, and maintenance of the physical plant to ensure quality services and a comfortable home environment to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Full-Time. Includes on call responsibilities. $58,500 - $64,852.79 annual salary range.
Schedule can vary with some afternoons and evenings, will include one weekend day.
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s or advanced degree strongly preferred. New York State Driver’s License required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience of increasing responsibility in a residential or related setting serving vulnerable populations is required.
Registered Nurse
Bonus: $7,500 ($5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 90 days)
Provide and supervise medical nursing services in a residential group home setting serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Promote health and safety, provide case management services, collaborate with Birch staff and external medical providers to ensure continuity of medical care, train and certify medication-certified support staff per Birch and OPWDD guidelines.
Full or Part-Time. $82,000 - $87,000 annual salary range for full-time. Part-time salaries pro-rated.
Hours typically between 10am – 6pm, with some flexibility allowed.
New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse required. BSN preferred, ASN considered.
Behavioral Intervention Specialist
Bonus: $7,500 ($5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 90 days)
Conduct behavioral assessments and intervention planning, the delivery and review or monitoring of behavioral interventions, and behavioral support services provided in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Part or Full-Time. $62,000 - $64,000 annual salary range.
Hours are typically day and evening shifts.
Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, or a related field required. National board certification in behavioral analysis (BCBA) is desirable. QIDP certified or eligible is desirable.
