Position : Part-Time Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) NOC Shift
Shift : NOC Shift (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)
Location : Birch Healthcare Center, Rochester, NH
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition.
- Provide support and comfort to residents during the night.
- Assist with positioning, transferring, and mobility needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
