Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy grass and aesthetics.
- Engage in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig holes for planting and irrigation purposes while ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills in the landscaping field are essential.
- Experience with gardening techniques is beneficial.
