Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular checks of the property.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing phone systems and responding to emails.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is highly desirable.
