- Prosecution of trademark applications for leading global technology companies
- Collaboration with clients and other professionals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in trademark law
- Trademark clearance and preparation of opinions

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- At least 1-2 years of trademark prosecution experience
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with well-organized and very responsive and positive attitude
- Litigation experience, including district court litigation and TTAB matters, a plus
