General Description Of Position
To work directly with administration in providing transportation services for Birch members.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Qualifications
- Equivalent to four years high school, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Transport members safely.
- Ensure members arrive on time for appointments.
- Coordinate all vehicles service.
- Submit timely transportation notes for each transport and use emails to measure instances where issues were addressed.
- Report to Associate Director if vehicles are unsafe to drive.
- Assist members with doctors’ appointments as needed.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance is completed and reports are submitted timely and accurately.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and free from trash or other items rolling around in the floorboards.
- Ensure vehicles have required emergency supplies.
- Timely and satisfactory completion of work assignments
- Must have the ability to transport members in all company vehicles as applicable.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Salary : $15
