Birch Street Systems is a leading provider of Procure-to-Pay solutions to the Hospitality and Food Service Industry. We are experiencing rapid growth and are adding several new members to our Training department. BirchStreet provides training services to clients to ensure optimal system usage and success. This team is in charge of training our customers and our in-house resources on the application.
Duties
Primary roles of a Software Trainer (This is remote role with preferred working location in San Antonio, TX region)
- Delivers presentations in front of live audiences via webinar or onsite to educate them on the complexities of the Birchstreet platform.
- Creates innovative software best practice materials for our customer base
- Exhibits critical thinking when asked process-related questions to determine the best operational solutions for our customers in different business verticals.
- Modifies in-house and external customer training curriculum on an as-needed basis to support BirchStreet's objectives.
- Maintain impactful relationships with various Birchstreet departments to ensure that training delivery is at a premium level.
- Engage with our customers regularly to proliferate consistent system usage and the knowledge transfer of BirchStreet products and services.
- Builds and completes training documentation to keep up with new system enhancements and features.
- Consistent travel for onsite customer visits, inside or outside of the United States
