As our Medication Aide, you will be empowered to work with our staff and amazing residents on our mission to provide the best care and quality of life possible for our seniors. We believe in a resident-centered approach to tailor the care and needs of each resident by supporting their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This position will provide shift supervision of Resident Caregivers but is limited to direct supervision. We are seeking team members who can:
- be reliable, dependable, and a supportive team member
- adjusts promptly and calmly to change
- effectively organizes, assembles and arranges resources to meet goals
- works well with others and displays a practical approach to solving problems
- displays trust, and mutual understanding with residents, families, and coworkers
Shifts per week: Minimum 4-5 Full-time or 2-3 Part-time, Flexible Scheduling
Pay: DOE, Negotiable, Sign-on Bonus*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of related work experience or training preferred.

Current possession of all state required credentials and certifications, including CPR and First Aid
- If not currently possessing credentials or certifications, must be willing to go through training
- Ability to move up to 25 lbs. and assist in transferring residents weighing more than 100 lbs as needed
- Current HCA, CNA, or equivalent credential
- Nurse Delegation Certification
