Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide assistance with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help residents with positioning, turning, and lifting
- Answer resident calls in a timely manner and observe, report, and respond to changes in resident conditions
- Attend required in-services and educational events
- Assist residents with daily meals and feeding
To be successful in this role, you must have an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing, strong documentation skills, and a solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
