Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member owned association with approximately 700 members. We are located in beautiful Harbor Springs, a Northern Michigan treasure on the shore of Lake Michigan. Some of the amenities we offer our members include: 27 holes of golf, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts, heated swimming pools, cross country skiing and walking trails, and a fitness center. Our dining experience offers a variety of dining rooms for a la carte, private and group events, and catering.

Duties include:
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Assisting Professional staff with the day-to-day golf operation
- Greeting all members and guests courteously and professionally
- Assisting Members and guests with tee times
- Checking in Members and guests
- Merchandising; check in, price, stock, organize, change displays, ring up sales/returns
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop
Applicants must be willing to work some weekends, be computer literate, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of golf is helpful but not required.
