Compensation: $20 hourly excellent tips!
Hiring ages 18 and up
Schedule: Must be reliable, full-time seasonal week days, weekends, Holidays, and events as needed. Weather permitting.

The Concession Stand Supervisor is responsible for assisting our Restaurant Manager in the operations of our three-way concession stand window servers. The three-way is where our members and guests come from golf, pool, and racquets for food and beverages. This position will assure cleanliness, organization, stocking of supplies for window, excellent customer service to our members and guests, fast and efficient serving, and proper alcohol service. Work closely with our Restaurant Manager and communicate any window server issues and supply needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all operations are run efficiently and effectively; Ensuring overall member & guest satisfaction
- Promptly and professionally serve member and guest food and beverage orders ensuring quality and accuracy
- Check identification of members and guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol; Dispense alcohol consistent with State regulations.
- Ensure all billing is conducted correctly (member names and numbers).
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
- Perform all opening and closing side work as required; Checklists.
- Work directly with Restaurant Manager to maintain all standards of quality and efficiency.
- Report to Restaurant Manager on member, guest and staff issues, including daily operations.
- Perform independent physical inventory on monthly basis.
- Responsible for all start up and shut down procedures pertaining to seasonal operation.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year leadership experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education Requirements: Previous server, customer and personal service experience preferred. Must be able to supervise and motivate others. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
