Overview
We are a small facility with a great client to staff ratio and are seeking a kind and compassionate nurse that has a strong work ethic and great leadership skills.

Duties
- Maintain nursing systems under the supervision of the DON: documentation, assessment, treatments, prescriptions, infection control and other nursing activities.
- Administer and monitor medications and treatments.
- Coordinating care with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining administrative duties pertaining to records, coordinating appointments and managing care plans.
- Maintain resident’s records in compliance with ICF/IID Licensing Regulations and Title 42 (CFR) Section 483.
- To provide supervision, leadership and training to all C.N.A staff.
- To consult with the DON on all matters of concern which arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
