About the Role
The Service Advisor is a vital part of our operation. In this role, you’ll connect customers with the services and repairs they need, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way. You’ll also assist with key administrative tasks and contribute to the overall flow of our busy shop.
What You’ll DoPrimary Responsibilities
- Sell Services & Repairs: Use your sales skills and our proven processes to recommend and sell services based on customer needs and goals.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to answer questions and provide support.
- Administrative Support: Prepare invoices, process part orders/returns, and coordinate repairs under the guidance of the manager.
- Shop Support: Assist with a variety of tasks to maintain shop efficiency, including running shuttles, checking out customers, picking up parts, or even tidying up as needed.
What We’re Looking ForSkills & Qualifications
- Experience in Sales of sales experience; automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions while maintaining a high level of focus and efficiency. Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Windows computers, email, and basic office software; typing or dictating 30 words per minute. Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic Math Skills: Comfortable performing basic math calculations using a calculator.Physical Requirements**
