Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Expert to oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process from planning through completion of large-scale industrial and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, including project planning, execution, and completion.
- Communicating with all levels of the organization regarding project tasks, schedules, deadlines, and other critical information.
- Resolving issues as they emerge and pulling in stakeholders for decision-making as needed.
- Conducting onsite inspections of project sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role, overseeing large-scale construction projects.
- OSHA 10 certification is required; OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
